Thanks for the recipe, the cake turned out moist and flavorful (I used coffee). I made the glaze as well and it worked well with this cake. My only suggestion: the recipe tells you to mix everything in the baking pan, I tried it and I really think that it is easier to mix the batter in a bowl and then pour it into the pan. I think it's faster this way...

This butter tastes so much better than any vegan margarine that I've tried! Even though mine tastes like coconut because I couldn't find refined coconut oil...
And I can't believe how easy it is to make! I made the regular butter to spread on my toast and add to my morning oatmeal.

these were the first carrot cake muffins I ever tried in my life (I come from a country where people don't use carrots to make cakes) and I love them! I also substitute pineapple with apple

these turned out great! I didn't have the golden syrup, so I used maple instead. My first batch did spread out as Birgitta's, but then I made another one without adding extra water and it solved the problem. Love the coconut and rolled oats combination!

this ice-cream is awesome! it's really-really creamy! and spicy! my only comment is: the recipe says that raw cashew butter is preferred, but I would change it to necessary! I used roasted (it was the only cashew butter they had at wholefoods that day...), and it leaves an aftertaste that you don't really want for an ice-cream...

it was the first time I was making any kind of biscotti, and it turned out to be very easy! And they taste great, too!
