I had lived in Manhattan for over five years before I discovered the wonder that is Lula's, and now I'm not sure how I lived without it. This is among the best ice cream I've ever had, vegan or not. They make everything fresh on the premises in small batches, so the flavors change each day, and they keep coming up with creative and delicious new ones. And, to make it even sweeter, the people who work there are fantastic - friendly, humorous, and ever-patient as you taste-test multiple flavors trying to decide on just one (or two!).
