Crepes

A crepe is a very thin pancake of French origin that usually enrobes a sweet or savory filling. Crepes differ from pancakes in that they are fried individually on a circular griddle where the batter can be spread either by tilting or via an offset spatula. Vegan crepe recipes often utilize a rested gluten-based batter or an egg replacer instead of eggs and vegetable oil instead of butter.
