Hot chocolate
How long do you let the hot chocolate simmer for?
In the paragraph above the recipe it says it simmers for fifteen minutes.
Then in the mixing instructions it says to bring it to a soft boil for a minute.
Am I reading the instructions wrong?
Either way I can't wait to make this!

Yum!!!
Another granola recipe that you posted that I love!! I mad a few changes due to what I had in the cupboards/ pantry. I didn't use dried mango since I didn't have any. I did however add some white chocolate chips. I'm pretty sure those aren't vegan (shame on me), but I added some anyway. I used to get a "premade, organic, store-bought" tropical granola that had white chocolate chips in it and it was delicious. Besides saving on the cost (which is great!), I can choose what goes into these recipes and who could pass up the fun of making your own!!
Thanks again!

sooo good!
Love this stuff! The only problem is that it doesn't last long because I'm always chowing down on it!
Thank you for posting this recipe!!

daiya
I've recently become vegan. I was a vegetarian for 12 years and went vegan a couple months ago. My favorites were pizza and pretty much any cheese out there. Everyone seems to be giving a good review, so I was excited to make my homemade pizza with Daiya mozzerella as the topping.
I opened the bag and it smelled Horrible. My high hopes for pizza went out the window. But still I thought I should taste it...give it a fair shot. I ate a few shreds and could barely keep them down. It was disgusting (in my opinion). I wondered why there was so my hype over it.
Is it just me? Is it just that I haven't been acustomed to vegan cheeses?
Has anyone else had such an experience?

love it
Hey there! Thanks for posting this. It was so easy to make! My butter came out tasting more coconutty (which is fine with me since I love coconut). I made two batches. The first batch I made, I followed the directions to a 'T'. and as I said it definately smelled like coconut. The second batch I altered a bit and added less of the coconut oil, 1/4 cup instead of the 1/2 cup. I got the same result. Don't get me wrong, I love it, it's tasty and the texture is great!
Just wondering if I read something wrong...any ideas?
