Are your bananas getting brown? It's ok, most kitchens have at least a couple browning bananas kicking it somewhere. Don't throw them away! Place them in an air tight plastic bag and store them in the freezer. They can later be thawed out at room temperature or in the microwave and be used in banana breads, muffins, cookies and pancakes.
