Raspberry Sorbet Recipe2 cups sugar
2 cups water
12oz. bag of frozen raspberries
¼ cup lemon juice
1) Prepare your sugar mixtureIn a medium saucepan, whisk sugar and water under medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
2) Mix all of the ingredientsTransfer the sugar and water mixture to a food processor or blender. Add the frozen raspberries and lemon juice. Process until smooth. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
3) Process the raspberry sorbet an ice cream makerPour into an ice cream maker and mix for 30-40 minutes. If desired, transfer sorbet into an airtight container and place in the freezer for 2 hours or until firm. This recipe makes 8 half cup servings of Raspberry Sorbet.

You might want to proofread your recipe. Part way in, the water is somehow converted into soy milk. And then later, the raspberries (or perhaps rasberries) have disappeared and been replaced by blueberries.
We're just going to hope the rest of it is correct.
This recipe is great. I had a bowl of it with almonds on top.. Delicious..
