These sound perfect! (And look amazing, too!) I'm going to make them with Earth Balance Vegan Butter and So Delicious Sugar Free Coconut Milk, like bmoran did, and then wash them down with So Delicious coconut milk, too! Thanks so much for sharing this recipe! Can't wait to try it!
