I made it, and the batter got 2 thumbs up in taste - it is cooling now for my husband to have tomorrow and it came out beautiful! I had one question - Have you ever double the recipe to make it higher? Or do you think it would cave in on itself??

Its cooling now!

I made it, and the batter got 2 thumbs up in taste - it is cooling now for my husband to have tomorrow and it came out beautiful! I had one question - Have you ever double the recipe to make it higher? Or do you think it would cave in on itself??

So glad the cheesecake batter tasted good chrisFidler! I'd love to double the recipe to make it higher but I haven't had to time to test that yet. It probably wouldn't cave in on itself but it would involve a longer baking time. Just how much longer, I don't know. If you give it a shot and end up finding out the perfect baking time, please let me know!
