Delicious

Loved these!!! They did get sticky so I dampened my hands every 5 balls. I also used 100% pure maple syrup instead of brown rice syrup because I have hears things about arsenic in it.
Next time I will just cut into bars I think. Just wondering how to store these and how long they last. Great recipe!

Good luck saving them, they go quick in my house! :) But usually I put them in a zip lock freezer bag and that works fine, they've stayed about a week while we were camping, but I assume longer would be fine depending on the type of maple syrup you used and the peanut butter (whether they need refrigeration). Enjoy!
