Vegan Pancake Recipes

Hi, Mattie. I am a non-vegan foodie adapting to the vegan world. Last night I made your vegan butter and this morning I tried it out on your buttermilk pancakes. I was very happy with both results! I wanted to make sure I got a nice light pancake so I swapped the amounts for white and wheat flour. I read your website regularly — your scientific approach to vegan baking is the only one I trust on the web.

Vegan buttermilk pancake success!

Hi, Mattie. I am a non-vegan foodie adapting to the vegan world. Last night I made your vegan butter and this morning I tried it out on your buttermilk pancakes. I was very happy with both results! I wanted to make sure I got a nice light pancake so I swapped the amounts for white and wheat flour. Thanks so much Poeticadesign! That's a great idea to swap out the whole wheat flour with all-purpose flour for a lighter consistency. Great to know that's an option for other bakers out there. Thanks for sharing and I'm so glad you appreciate what I do!
