What can I use to replace the Barley Malt Syrup? I don't have any and want to make the muffins tonight! Thanks, in advance, for your help. Marcia

Hi Testarosa! I prefer barley malt with pumpkin because I feel it brings out maximum pumpkin flavors. You could also use a mixture of half molasses and half agave syrup too. Failing that, you could just use dark agave. Good luck!
