Hands down the best vegan bakery in Portland. I've tried them all, they must have really good bakers and not just really good vegans. Salted Caramel Apple Pie? Incredible crust and filling is face rippingly amazing. Biscuits and Gravy with Smoky Tempeh? Best tempeh prepared in a restaurant. Not soggy and lack luster like most places. Savory scones! Fluffy, moist muffins! Incredible flavor combos! Cookies that don't taste vegan, yet they are!
