How much is a serving of your egg replacer? 1 tablespoon? More? before or after adding the water? 2 times 1 poweder + 3 tablespoons water?

I will use flaxmeal as a replacement, since Bob's Red Mill is not available in Austria.

Hey there!

If you are going to use flax meal I would take a quarter cup measure and add one tablespoon of flax and fill the rest with water to let it gel. Do that twice for the two servings. You basically want two "eggs". Does that help?
