Here are all the recipes on Veganbaking.net that are easy to make.

Vegan Chocolate Cake

Vegan Chocolate CakeOk so I found this Vegan Chocolate Cake recipe and it was a HUGE hit with my family and friends. It was quite easy to make as well! I've never really been a cake person, in fact I detest the stuff for the most part; but this cake made even me nod in approval. The blend of coffee that I put in the recipe adds to the chocolaty goodness and taste. It's very moist as well. There is a glaze that goes with the cake, but I personally never use it. I think the cake is just fine alone. However, I will add the directions for the glaze in case you guys want to try it.... Enjoy!

Vegan Chocolate Coconut Macaroons

This Vegan Chocolate Coconut Macaroon recipe is based on the fact that chocolate and coconut is one of the best flavor combinations ever known. These vegan macaroons feature brown rice syrup and a touch of vanilla extract to let the chocolate and coconut flavors really shine.

Vegan Chocolate Covered Date Bonbons

Vegan Chocolate Covered Date BonbonsMost people won't be able to guess that these Vegan Chocolate Covered Date Bonbons are just chocolate covered dates if you don't tell them. One thing that they will know is that they're amazing. You can tell them that you spent 13 hours making the filling in this vegan bonbon recipe and just leave it at that.

Vegan Chocolate Dream Brownies

Vegan Chocolate Dream BrowniesThis Vegan Chocolate Dream Brownie recipe is fudgy, dense and chewy; three things that you absolutely must have in order to achieve vegan brownie nirvana. They feature arrowroot flour and brown rice syrup to aid in their chewiness. Margarine adds a welcome buttery flavor and vanilla extract ties it all together.

Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Granola

Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter GranolaThis Vegan Peanut Butter Chocolate Granola recipe brings possibly one of the best flavor combinations known to man to the granola world. This allows this vegan granola to be extremely versatile, being equally good for breakfast, sprinkled on top of ice cream or enjoyed all by itself for a mid day snack.

Vegan Chocolate Velvet Frosting

Vegan Chocolate Velvet FrostingThis Vegan Chocolate Velvet Frosting is extremely rich and smooth because it features non-dairy milk and arrowroot powder as it's base. Cocoa powder and just the right amount of powdered sugar allow this vegan frosting to burst at the seams with chocolate flavor.

Vegan Choctacular Chocolate Brownies

Vegan Choc-tacular BrowniesThis Vegan Choc-tacular Brownie recipe utilizes coconut oil to make them dense and rich, arrowroot flour and brown rice syrup for a dense chew factor and vanilla extract for delicious unification. Use unrefined coconut oil instead of refined coconut oil if you're interested in imparting a subtle coconut flavor in these vegan brownies.

Vegan Coconut Almond Truffles

Vegan Raw Coconut Almond Truffle RecipeThis super easy Vegan Coconut Almond Truffle recipe will satisfy that late night chocolate craving without the excess sugar and empty calories of other desserts. This perfect blend of coconut, chocolate and almond will keep you coming back for more.

Vegan Coconut Macaroons

Vegan Coconut MacaroonsOne of my favorite things about coconut is how its simplicity doesn't yearn to be enhanced, combined and built up amongst other ingredients to really shine; its gloriously rich and warm flavors are substantial enough without much else. In this Vegan Coconut Macaroon recipe I chose to showcase coconut with just a touch of brown rice syrup and vanilla extract so the coconut does most of the talking. Coconut is perfectly happy if you are in the paring mood however. If you're feeling so inclined, a drizzle of melted chocolate will bring these to the next level.

Vegan Coconut Mango Pancakes

Vegan Coconut Mango Pancakes Mango and coconut are good friends and some of my favorite foods so why not pair them together in this Vegan Coconut Mango Pancake recipe? These vegan pancakes feature coconut milk, shredded coconut, mango chunks, just the right ratio of whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour and a touch of vanilla extract to further unify the flavors. It's the closest a pancake breakfast will ever get to feeling like a tropical paradise.

Vegan Condensed Soy, Rice, Nut or Coconut Non-Dairy Milk

Vegan Condensed Non-dairy Milk RecipeAlmost any vegan non-dairy milk can be condensed with this recipe such as soy, rice, nut or coconut. Making vegan condensed non-dairy milk involves adding sugar and reducing it to about half its original volume. This can take several hours and can be inconvenient if you need it for a recipe. In this case be sure to make this beforehand and store it in the fridge so you have it handy on bake day. The effort is well worth it, especially if you're making Chocolate Coconut Magic Bars or Dulce de Leche.

Vegan Cornmeal Spelt Pizza Crust

Vegan Cornmeal Spelt Pizza CrustThis Vegan Cornmeal Spelt Pizza Crust recipe is one of the fastest, easiest crusts around because it doesn't need lots of kneading and it doesn't require yeast. Although it's not gluten-free, it does have very low amounts of gluten which is good if you're trying to cut back on it due to food allergies. This recipe makes a vegan crust that is 12 to 14 inches. This dough can also be refrigerated for later use.

Vegan Date Spice Pudding | Fruit Sweetened

This Vegan Date Spice Pudding recipe features the malty flavor of medjool dates enhanced by spices such as cinnamon, ginger and vanilla extract. This vegan pudding is a cinch to make and 100% fruit sweetened.

Vegan English Muffins

Vegan English MuffinsThis Vegan English Muffin recipe features just a touch of lemon juice and sugar to enhance its yeast-induced flavors. They're awesome fresh out of the toaster with a little Vegan Butter, jam or whatever your preferred muffin topping is. I've been known to use these as burger buns too. They're not loaded with preservatives and dough conditioners like their store-bought cousins but they'll still keep in the freezer stored in a plastic freezer bag for several months.

Vegan Garlic Tarragon Bread Spread

Garlic Tarragon Bread SpreadThis Vegan Garlic Tarragon Bread Spread recipe features extra virgin olive oil, onion, garlic, fresh tarragon and just a touch of white wine vinegar to evoke a complex buttery flavor with a sharp cheese inspired finish.

Holiday dinners at my Godparent's house was always a special occasion. The food was inspriational but the the one dish that my brother and I looked forward to all year was the simple but perfect implementation of garlic bread. This consisted of a store-bought flute of San Fancisco sourdough, sliced but leaving the bottom crust intact so the slices could be torn off as the loaf worked its way around the table. This loaf was buttered between the slices, wrapped in tin foil and warmed in the oven. Buttering the slices while leaving the loaf intact had the advantage of ensuring both sides of each slice was buttered. Wrapping the loaf in tin foil had the benefit of allowing the entire loaf to be saturated with buttery aromas and flavors during its time in the oven and the tin foil could be folded back over the loaf in between servings to keep the bread warm while it was on the table. Brilliant!

Vegan Ginger Snap Cookie Ice Cream

Ginger Snap Cookie Ice CreamTrying cake batter ice cream recently I was intrigued of the concept of blending two completely different types of desserts. I loved how the ice cream takes on the unexpected flavor of cake batter but still has the consistency of ice cream. What could I get away with in an attempt to blend flavors and textures that would contrast but also compliment each other? I have a flavor experience burned in my memory from some point in my life where I had vanilla ice cream oozing over a ginger snap cookie. I realized that this was what I must try. Should I grind the ginger snaps and steep them in non-dairy milk or just blend them in the ice cream recipe before processing in the ice cream maker? Would I still need to add the same ratios of ingredients as my Vanilla Ice Cream recipe?

Vegan Gingerbread Pecan Biscotti

Vegan Gingerbread Pecan BiscottiThis Vegan Gingerbread Pecan Biscotti recipe showcases the winning combination of candied ginger, pecans, molasses and just the right amount of spices like cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. The result is a vegan biscotti armed with a deep, complex flavor with a spicy finish that helps kick out those winter blues.

Vegan Gingerbread Waffles

Vegan Gingerbread WafflesOne of my favorite breakfasts is this Vegan Gingerbread Waffle recipe accompanied by a cup of strong coffee and veggie sausage on the side. Just when you''re thinking that you may be eating dessert you'll notice a savoriness that will assert that this is indeed breakfast. Slather these vegan waffles with a touch of almond butter, a splash of maple syrup and a sprinkling of Balsamic Candied Pecans to make this a truly memorable experience.

Vegan Golden Caramel Sauce

Vegan Golden Caramel Sauce RecipeWhere Easy Vegan Caramel Sauce is good for a quick caramel fix, Vegan Golden Caramel Sauce is the no-holds-barred recipe where flavor and consistency are top priorities. Traditional caramel sauce relies on heavy cream which allows the sauce to be thick and rich due to the solids present in the cream. This vegan caramel sauce recipe relies on cashew cream to supply the extra cream factor and solids, resulting in a silky smooth golden caramel that's perfect for drizzling on ice creams, baking into pies or tucked into brownies. Substitute the vanilla extract for bourbon, rum or brandy if you want an extra layer of flavor complexity.

Vegan Green Tea Cupcakes

Vegan Green Tea CupcakesI love how green tea has a subtle ability to refresh coupled with a slight hint of savoriness. I adore how vegan cupcakes can be a celebratory canvas for almost any flavor combination, that you get to just pick up and take a bite out of. But how do you infuse green tea into a baked cake product? Easy, right?
