Many baking recipes these days are using coconut oil. If I use canola oil instead of coconut oil, how will it affect the end result? Will it just change the texture and flavor a bit, or will the recipe just not come together at all? I do not wish to use coconut oil because I am avoiding saturated fats as much as possible. Thank you.
