I made these as mini muffins, I wouldn't recommend that. The taste was really good though so, I'd try them again as the bread it was intended to be ;)
I ran out of ginger but, they were still good! They are not very sweet, which I like, but they are kind of cakey, which I don't like.
I used carob powder instead of espresso powder, so my 2 year old could eat them.
These are great!
