I can't wait to try it! Quick question--I didn't see honey in the ingrediant list--but in the instructions... any chance this was a forgotten item in the list?

Thanks!!

I didn't have oats so I used one cup of fine polenta instead or soya which I substituted for oat milk, honey instead of agave also and took the liberty of adding a bit of coarse black pepper and some chia seeds.
What can I say, I can eat a whole bread in one sitting by myself, it's lovely with humus and hot sauce
Thank you so much for posting it!

I'm also curious to make a whole grain Rye loaf with rye berries. Aside from the fact that rye has a lower gluten content than flour, I can't think of any reason it wouldn't work. I'll likely try adding a smidge of vital wheat gluten to the rye to bind it together.

Have you got any experience making a whole grain rye loaf? Would love any pearls of wisdom you may have go share.

This was my first time making vegan bread and it came out amazing! I will be making this bread from now on instead of buying the vegan breads at the store. I had no problems with this recipe, and it tasted way better than the breads from the store. It sliced easily and is perfect for sandwiches! very happy =)

I notice that you specify stirring with an electric mixer. I much prefer recipes I can stir only by hand, and find that with cakes it works pretty well... but haven't tried yeast-based doughs

No Knead Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread: Love this but I have a minor problem

I have been experiencing difficulty with tracking the rise periods since I am constantly monitoring a toddler and notice that as the weather warms the rise time really needs to be reduced. My loaves continue to fall in the oven. Any tips on adjusting the rise time in conjunction with the temperature?

No Knead Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread: So Yummy

This one was far better than the first...which required oil and kneading, and contianed 1 TB of yeast for one loaf! Very yeasty bread. This one came together fast, and baked beautifully. This bread has a far better taste and texture than my first attempt. I made one small adjustment, I replaced on 1 TB of Maple Syrup with Molasses, I love the flavor molasses gives a whole wheat bread, so deep and enhances the nuttiness. This is now my go to bread recipe!

WOW!!! If there would be more stars to rate this bread, I sure would have give them all to you. Passover is over here in Israel and I was too lazy too go out for a bread, although I really felt I was needing to have it. So, I was browsing among the bread recipes of this most inspiring website, and was drawn to yours, mainly because of the short time for it to be baked and the simplicity.. And what a bread!!! Since I craved for the savory taste, instead of the muesli, I added 1 teaspoon of dry Hyssop and half of a teaspoon of seasoning blend which includes granulated garlic, granulated black pepper and some kosher salt. Instead of the canola oil, I used a mixture of both canola oil and olive oil. What a bread. Thank you lady de vito :) I sure going to spread the word, giving you all the credit for that.
For spread I used tahini, mixed with water, some lemon juice, Himalayan salt, garlic powder and big amount of powdered dry mint. Bellissimo. THANKS!!!

Whole Wheat, Sugar-Free, Muesli Quick Bread: Excellent!

I had to use olive oil, but it was fine. I added some cinnamon and I think I wil try adding applesauce next time, but it is perfect as is.

I think this would be a great gift bread either made, or pre packaged and all they do is add the milk.

Thanks for the great recipe!
