				<title><![CDATA[Sugar-Free Blueberry Corn Muffins: Good but going to try a few substitutions]]></title>

I also might try a tablespoon or so of agave nectar (replacing a little of the other liquid). Not sure how these subs will work but the recipe is good if you are looking for a healthy muffin. I like that they have the tofu for a bit of protein too. I found that when I used foil cupcake liners they didn't stick as they did with the paper liners.  				]]></description>

				<title><![CDATA[Sugar-Free Blueberry Corn Muffins: Sugar-free Delicious-ness!]]></title>

These blueberry corn muffins are great! I used fresh blueberries, and lots of them. 
My roommate thought they were a little bland, but it's nothing a little jam or agave won't fix. I thought they were great the way there were. The batch didn't last more than a day. Next time I would double the recipe, since it only makes a dozen, and there's no way I could have just one...				]]></description>
