I'm intrigued by this recipe but I was wondering if you have a source (online or in NYC?) where you buy cocoa butter in bulk.  The kind I usually get is by NOW foods from Amazon, but it costs around $7 for a 7oz jar.  Assuming I'd have to use the entire jar for a batch of this recipe, that would make this a pretty expensive recipe.

¼ cup AND 3 Tablespoons water? It's a mistake??
