Frozen dessert recipes consist of ice creams which are sweet creamy desserts featuring nut butters, non-dairy milk or starches; frozen yogurts made from yogurts and other flavorings; and sorbet which usually consists of a frozen sweet juice. Since sorbet is made of sweetened fruit, it's vegan by default.
