I just had two complaints; the batter was too thick and there was not enough sugar. I just added a little more almond milk to make the batter a little thinner but even after doubling the sugar, it was not sweet enough for me. I had to add a fair amount of agave nectar after the pancakes were cooked.
Besides my picky complaints, these pancakes had a great lemon flavor.				]]></description>
