Love it!  Great way to get some extra protein (my husband and I both lift weights) Keeps you full all morning and gives me loads of energy for a great workout.  I tweaked it a bit - I use almond extract instead of vanilla, add 1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg and use 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 cup dried cranberries.  Perfect recipe for customizing your favorite breakfast ingredients.				]]></description>
