Hi. I love baking, but I'm new to vegan baking (my daughter has dairy and egg allergies). In regards to the Egg Replacer Powder, I purchased Ener-G Egg Replacer, would I still use 3T of it plus the correct amount of water that would go with it? Or just use the powder only?
