Vegan Sponge Cake Recipes

I followed the recipe, I just used black molasse to replace the rice sirop.

It was so soft and tender, rich in taste with a great "christmas" feeling to it (thanks to the spices). Cannot ask for more, but next time I would have to double the quantities and drop little piece of apple to try that out!

Best appel cake ever!
