I have never liked apple pie, it always seems to make me feel sick. But when I had this pie cold, it was excellent. The only thing I changed was the topping, I used a mixture of flour, oats, chopped pecans, and earthbalance. The only problem I encountered was that it was difficult to fit the apple mixture into the pie shell, and it spilled over while in the oven.
