What types of vegan baking are you trying to master?
hmmm...I guess I would love how to bake fat-free and have it taste fatty and delicious... -

All forms of electronic music, except happy hardcore...that's way too much for me. -
Favorite Movies/TV Shows
Hmmm, I love all the HBO and SHO TV series and I pretty much love anything to do with dancing. My favorite movies change everyday but some of them include Dirty Dancing, Fargo, Men Who Stare at Goats -

Hi there,
I'm not sure what went wrong with your bread :( I can tell you that the dough does spread quite a bit. The bread stays a bit flatter than a usual bread. Perhaps you can try cooking it in a mini loaf pan? I usually cook it until when I pick it up and knock on the underside- it sounds hollow. Another thing to check is how fresh your ingredients are?
