Vegan Baking

Hi there,
I'm not sure what went wrong with your bread :( I can tell you that the dough does spread quite a bit. The bread stays a bit flatter than a usual bread. Perhaps you can try cooking it in a mini loaf pan? I usually cook it until when I pick it up and knock on the underside- it sounds hollow. Another thing to check is how fresh your ingredients are? Just a thought :)
