  • So...Made home made pizza dough (success) Home made pizza sauce (success!) Veganized Amish Bread (nom nom NOM success!) SO I said "I am on a roll I am making Cinnamon Buns! Rolled em out, folowed the directions while making more bread at the same time...Pulled them out of the oven...why are they so pale? And they don't smell right...should I have used brown sugar? no...ponder...Oh yeah forgo

  • So I used Flax as the "binder" probably should have used Guar gum? I think the corn bread was 60/40. Ugh I am sick as a dog and need to prep pizza dough for tomorrow. Hey Lucky you made an awesome recipe!

    Mattie What binder did you use in the corn bread? What's the ratio of whole wheat flour to corn flour? I recommend 50/50.
