I forgot to tell you that I spent Vegan baking day eating Vegan chocolate chips cupcakes! I adapted the recipe for the Zucchini chocolate mud cake and I have to tell you my coworkers did not know until they leaked their fingers that the cupcakes had tons of zucchini in it! quite delicious!!! -
