calling available experienced vegan bakers out there! i am helping a friend to look for a professional/experienced vegan baker, as part of the development of a vegan bakery chain in Taiwan. The goal is to first set the model up with array of healthy bakery items, gluten free, and raw products etc, provide to shop fronts as well as the already established distribution channels. cheers!
