Help! I'm allergic to soy (as well as dairy, corn, egg yolk, tomato... Not all relevant to my vegan desires, obviously, but all difficult). Oh: sensitive to canola, too. Without thee curdling, can I make decent butter?
hello, everyone - i'm getting ready to take the plunge into great health: stop smoking, exercise, lose 15 lbs, and work my way towards a vegan lifestyle. i have many questions...but, for now, i'll just sit back and take it all in.
