- I'm a vegan baking freak and I work hard to make this site a place where like-minded people can compare notes and share eats. I have to do it. God told me to. I'm also into going on various running and cycling adventures (to burn off all of the calories, heh heh).

The rough substitution is to use 1 cup sugar per teaspoon of liquid or powdered stevia. But there are other variables: some stevia substitutes contain fillers such as maltodextrin that dilute the stevia which would affect the conversion...

It's not the soy sauce that starts to get unhealthy when you consume to much- it's the salt, or sodium chloride content of the soy sauce.
