I was a regular baker/cake decorator in my previous life (newly vegan by two months) and am trying to get all the ins and outs. Super excited to have come across this website, and I look forward to getting some delicious recipes.

Do you have a white chocolate that you love? I am having the hardest time finding a vegan white chocolate and they discontinued the only one I've ever found (at Sunflower Market)!

I forgot to tell you that I spent Vegan baking day eating Vegan chocolate chips cupcakes! I adapted the recipe for the Zucchini chocolate mud cake and I have to tell you my coworkers did not know until they leaked their fingers that the cupcakes had tons of zucchini in it! quite delicious!!!

I have another question......Actually lots:) I am trying to make a moist sheet cake. The pan is 12 by 18 and the last one cracked it was a a total disaster. I am trying to make Vegan cakes but how do I learn????I tried and tried and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Can someone help me? Is there a vegan cake bool available? Sorry for sounding so stupid.:)

Found this site on my quest for vegan French macaroons and vegan white chocolate that doesn't taste gross....I'd love to bake vegan French Macaroons...but I'd be just as happy to buy them from a bakery and have them shipped to my house!
