  I am a wife and mother employeed at our family hydroponic business, but seem to spend most of my time driving my children around. I am an avid reader and love food and wine.

  Food food food. I like to read about food, history of , cookbooks, etc. I like to listen to podcasts about food, preparation, growing of, preserving of, as well as nutrional podcasts.

  I love to bake cookies and fruitcakes.

• What types of vegan baking are you trying to master?

  I have just recently started to transition. I have not attempted any vegan baking yet, so I guess the basics.

  I enjoy classical, alt. country and some techno dance music as well as a bit of gangsta rap.
