  I have been vegan for little over 2 1/2 years. I'm not looking to make meals from scratch and am looking for guidance as I'm not much of a cook (but would like to be).

  Dancing, Reading, riding my motorcycle...

• Favorite things to bake

  Would like to bake breads, cookies and muffins...haven't tried yet. But that's why I'm here! :)

• Favorite baked items to eat

  snickerdoodle cookies, whoopie pies, white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, apple pies, any crumbled fruit pie(s), pecan pie...

• What types of vegan baking are you trying to master?

  I'm open to trying it all.

• Favorite Music

  I love all kinds of music. But I've been on a classic and modern rock phase for a while now and have been into big band (i.e. Dorsey's) and country lately :)

• Favorite Movies/TV Shows

  Supernatural, Dead Files, unexplained, Haunted Collector...

• Favorite Books

  Anything Stephen King and Dean Koontz and anything having to do with the metaphysical...
