  Classically trained chef who became vegetarian and then vegan over 12 years ago. I've been cooking, baking and sharing my culinary knowledge and know how with others ever since.

• Favorite things to bake

  My households favorite treat. Bella's oats of love cookies [named after my oldest daughter who chose each and every ingredient to be added to this wonderful cookie

• Favorite baked items to eat

  Anything chocolate. Personally, I love my Devils Food Cake with Peanut butter mousse filing and chocolate fudge icing, surrounded by chocolate curls and coco nibs.

• What types of vegan baking are you trying to master?

  Macaroons, and angel food cake. My husband is a meat eater and these are two baked goods I would love to say, Yes they can be made without animal products.
