  Hello :), my name is Palesa, i am 19 years old, i'm a very new vegan ^-^ only being so for almost a year.But i really enjoy vegan food and i want to know alot more about it!! Espesially the baking.

• Interests

  I'm very interested in languages, particularly Russian and Finnish :). I draw and want to become an ilustrator.I try to compose classical music, but i'm only intermediate i think, nothing amazing :)

• Favorite things to bake

  I haven't explored baking much, at the moment i'm still on cupcakes, but i like to think of cool vegan ideas that i think could work:)

• Favorite baked items to eat

  I like cupcakes, i would love to try a vegan pound cake, simple stuff like that :), i really like pastries with any kind of fruit :)

• What types of vegan baking are you trying to master?

  pastries and pies are the things i want to learn the most, but i also want to know how to make sweet buns :)

• Favorite Music

  there is no paticular genre i like, and my favorite bands always change, at the moment i'm really into Pearl jam and the Scandinavian Music Group

• Favorite Movies/TV Shows

  I love the new show Once Upon a Time and I love Daria !!

• Favorite Books

  I don't read much but my favorite book is Coraline by Neil Gaiman and Equal Rites ( which i listen to as an audiabook :) by Terry Pratchett
