  I first learned to bake from my Irish grandmother. My Mom went to culanary arts school when I was 12. I have a lot of kitchen experience, however I am new to a vegan diet and want to learn more.

  Whatever I have a taste for at the time; pasta, pizza, squash, bread, cookies, sweet potatoes, stews

  uncertian, it's all new to me

  I enjoy a huge variety of styles. I prefer something up beat and jazzy, however I love the Blues and great guitar.
