Heya so I slowly re-read the ultimate brownie recipe and that answered my egg replacement question. But this rule only applies if you WANT something to be dense and fudgy correct? Also, in your opinion does e-nergy egg work as well? Also, what made you think of melting the chocolate with the espresso powder vs just have drops of chocolate chips throughout with the powder well combined into the dry2 years ago -

Okay I bake from scratch A LOT, non-vegan, vegan, gluten free and non-vegan, gluten free and vegan, you name it, but those brownies look amazing! Have you ever tried ground chia seeds? They act the same as flax seed and imo, have less of a flavor and more nutritional value. Okay so I have a question on translating non-vegan to vegan. I have done so with all my gluten free non vegan recipes quite s2 years ago
