  So for starters--I am a newly proclaimed Vegan. I am a wife, mother and work full time. I have the worlds best husband, a very busy 5 year old boy, Gregory and currently work at a Correctional Facility in the medical unit as a Unit Secretary.
  
  Recently opened a CupCake business and we are currently in the research and development phase---try, try, try!
  
  Life is good and with positive energy comes positive things!

  Vegan-ism, cooking and baking, playing with my kiddo and home projects.

  CupCakes! and pretty much everything else!

  Recently made Apple Struesel Topped Muffins--delish!

• What types of vegan baking are you trying to master?

  Simple staple conversions---where I used eggs I can replace them with ______ ! and so forth...this seems to be the trickiest part; once I get it down---no prob bob!

  all kinds---not picky about music--it's the express of emotions that i am into.

  Food Network and Food TV are always on in our house!
  
  Grey's, House, A.I., Pawn Shop and Pickers...to name a few!

  Cookbooks! no heavy literature please!
